RTV Anti pollution flashover coating with good perfoamance
Anti-pollution flashover coatings is a new type silicone coatings.
It can be long-term stored in sealed container and cured by
absorbing moisture in the air. This product is neutral, has good
adhesion performance to insulator, excellent electrical insulation
performance, resistance to damp, resistance to corona. Besides, the
cured coating has excellent migration performance of
hydrophobicity, resistance to UV, rain and hail, excellent outdoor
aging resistance performance and long service life. It is mainly

Advantages of RTV coating
Our RTV coatings work on the principle of providing a hydrophobic
surface limiting the leakage current to harmless levels in the
presence of moisture and contamination.

RTV silicone coating can also be applied in normal contaminated
areas, thus reducing maintenance expenditures and revenue losses
because of required station shut downs for insulator washing.
1.Use dry cloth to clean the surface of insulator before using,
then it can be operated in good weather.
2.Spray on clean and dry surface when operating, the coating
thickness should be over 0.25mm, holidays should be avoided.
3.The tack free time would be about 30 minutes, and the completely
cured time would be 24 hours after operation.
